1. Free Shipping

MixStoreBox offers free standard shipping on all household product orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including PO boxes (excluding oversized household items).

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time.

4. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (available for an additional fee)
  • Oversized household items: 5-10 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status using this number on our website or the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
